Our In-house training school is a 6-month SETA accredited course which aims to increase industry knowledge and decrease unemployment rates within our local communities ensuring continuous employment opportunities and community upliftment.
In our continuous efforts to increase & develop skills in the shoe manufacturing industry, we have developed a Learnership programme. We believe training is crucial if we wish to not only sustain the industry but to enhance our strengths and competitive edge.
