Our in-house training school was brought to life in 2011 where our goal was to take on students, teach them a trade and hopefully decrease unemployment rates. Our programme is comprised of a three month theory and a three month practical course where they get accredited by SETA as a qualified shoe labourer in whichever field they choose to specialize in.
In a continuous effort to develop skills in the shoe making industry we run learnership programmeS. We understand that the learners won’t always stay with us once their learnership is complete, but we view skills development as a contribution to the industry. We believe training is crucial if we wish to not only sustain our business, but also grow our strengths & competitive edge.
